You cannot go wrong with Remote Sourcing! Posted on Google Whitehouse Family Dental 7 October 2025 Our office utilized Remote Sourcing to better understand the impact of AI in the claims process to help encourage more complete black/white documentation. We also learned how ICD 10 codes will impact the future of dental claims to be proactive on implementation. The course was specific to our office and clearly planned out. Our team felt a high benefit from the information that was shared/learned. I highly recommend Estela and both her clinical and insurance billing knowledge. Posted on Google Teresa Duncan 11 February 2025 I've recommended Estela and her team to several clients and the feedback has been stellar. They do a great job keeping up with the industry trends which is necessary when dealing with insurance. It's harder now than it's ever been. I highly recommend them! Posted on Google Broc Gundersen 6 February 2025 Remote Sourcing has been just what our practice needed. They took over with billing and increased our collections by over 10%. Since we started with them, we have started to shift more responsibilities to them to free up our front office to keep our schedules full. It is nice to know that our billing will always get billed correctly and that we never have to train someone to do it again. They have exceeded expectation.
